Our co***ny mainly produce precision casting, now there are two productions assembly line, one is carbon steel, another is stainless steel, using the compound craft and the silicon sol craft separately.
Generally compound craft is used to produce carbon steel productions: We have used in the silicon sol craft and the sodium silicate craft, the surface have layer coating. The zirconium granulated substance zirconium powder to do for the surface layer. The second layer we use Two we use the coal to do the limestone sand, the third to sixth layer we use sodium silicate craft. The advantage of the craft: glossy surface, avoiding the concave-convex phenomenon of the castings and casting defect. Generally this craft is used in oversea order which require best quality and glossy surface.(The weight of the casting is from 0.1KG to 60 KG).But the cost is little higher, the annual productions is 3000 tons or so.
The silicon sol craft: The wax we used is imported from USA whose surface is glossy. The general tolerance is precise. The shell is using the zirconium powder to make coating which is imported from Australia. And shell heat resistance intensity high not easy to distort. The productions are produced use this craft is much precise than those produced by compound craft. Generally this craft is used in voersea order with require precise highly. (The weight of the casting is from 0.05KG to 40KG). The annual productions is above 500 tons.
